Heeeeeeelllllll has frozen over!

OMFG can you believe it! Well it's caused a bit of a dent in my savings account as I've had the heating on so much that it may just land me in a bit of debt! And how will I get out of debt?! I already have a credit card and my credit limit is probably really small right now. If only I had a load of savings then maybe I could afford the heating bills. But you know what they say, bills bills bills, look out for the window sills!

I tell you what, all this snow is a bit much isn't it?! I mean, flipping crikey and all that jazz!

So that leaves me with a bit of a dilemma - online or.....ummmmm....offline shopping for christmas?

Well, whatever the choice I sure hope I don't get into debt as I only have enough cash to get me through to next year! Maybe there's some other way I can get some money, maybe I could compare methods for selling gold or something.

Still, whatever happens I'm sure something will crop up, so I'll let you know soon!

So, it's nearly christmas time again! Where did that come from?! It didn't seem that long ago that I was sunning myself in the park, and now it's time to wrap up warm and spend lots of money on christmas presents/ So, this leaves me in a bit of schtik as I don't have much cash free at the minute, so what to do, what to do.......

Well, I'm guessing that I could always get a credit card to give myself some extra cash to buy them presents, but I'm wondering if only one credit card will be enough and if I should get two credit cards! Hopefully the repayments won't hurt too much, but I'd rather that than go into massive amounts of debt! I've heard there's some good American credit cards out there, and some are mint, so I'll have a look at saving myself some money and hassle!

Well, there's something you can use to get some money together and get yourself out of your overdraft! Tehre's lots of ways you can sell your gold - sell gold in a shop, sell gold online, seel gold through the post, there's millions of ways! And as gold member said in the film....errr....Gold member, "I liiiiiike gold!" So there you go, sell your gold and get some cash, simples!

Hello world!

How's things? All good? Great! Just thought I'd drop you a line about my latest trials and tribulations in the job market. Well, I have one, which is great! But there's all manner of things that could happen to me! I mean, the arse could drop out of the job market and I could be made redundant again! And then I'd be back on the dole, claiming job seekers allowance and possibly ending up in debt! And I certainly don't want that to happen! So hopefully I'll keep my job and not end up with a monster overdraft or anything like that. I'll keep doing my internet searches and hopefully if anything untoward does happen then I'll be able to get another job straight away and keep the cash rolling in to my bank account!

SO here we are, September! Wow, that summer sure went quick! But the good thing is, my delightful little Peugot 106 is still purring along quite nicely. Now some may say that at 1.5 litres she is a bit of a beast, but that's just not like Bernadette at all! Although it did cause a few problems when getting my car insurance sorted. Only a small car, the Peugot 106 isn't a wardrobe on legs, but with a 1.5L engine it sure raised the insurance bracket! But after a quick look on one of those price comparison websites, my car insurance was sorted within minutes! And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, I managed to save a bit of cash rather than going directly and maybe getting into debt. So all's well that ends well, eh?!

Well hello again! Now then, much to report, but so little time to tell it! Well, I'm still looking for a new mobile phone, and will more than likely go with a new Nokia, I doubt I'll risk the expense of an iphone!! Although I did get a new ipod, with is grrrrrreat! Just like the frosties. But anyway, I digress. Work is going very well, lots of cash rolling in, although I could always do with a bit more! So if you know of any good money making schemes then let me know!

Y'alreet and that? So, the World Cup is well and truly finished now, not just for England but for the whole world now! And it was the lucky luck fish Spanish that triumphed over the honorable Dutch. Well, I say that simply because I had a bet on the Dutch, and I know people will say that betting is wrong, but I find that most events can be livened up with a small bet, just to make things interesting! After all, I've won more money than I've lost having the odd bet here and there, and the sky is the limit!! It's not like I take out a massive loan to place a huge bet on Torres to be first goal scorer! No, just a few quid here and there is fine by me. And speaking of quids...or should I say "squids" how about that octopus eh? EH?! Git. Why didn't he go for the Dutch, I'd have won some money with my bet then.....

So there you have it, England out of the World Cup......again! Would you believe it?! Well yes, yes I would! Even with the amount of money these boys get paid and with massive big sponsorship deals with Nike and Adidas, they still can't kick a ball to save their life! I could do as good as them, if not better, and I don't get paid that much! Nor anywhere near that much. Some people just have too much money. But it's ok as I will just drown myself in currys for the next few weeks and maybe nip down the local supermarket and buy some beer to go with said currys and cheer myself up that way. You never know, Liverpool might win the league next year...........

So here we are once again, updating me ol' blog. Me faithful blog that keeps me out of trouble. Well, something like that. I'm here watching the world cup qualifiers on me LG 32" widescreen TV in full HD from some generic company supplying satellite TV. And it's great! I've got a job again so my cash and debt problems should be over. Also moved house too so hopefully my car insurance premiums will drop too! It's amazing what a new postcode can do! Oh yeah, at my new place of work there's a load of Ricoh gear. Well, it's Ricoh gear re-badged as Gestetner, but it's still Ricoh gear nonetheless. And I thought they'd be HP people. Oh well, how little you know....

Woooooaaaaaah! What's happened here?! It's been almost a month since my last entry!

Well, where shall I start? I have recently upgraded my mobile phone. Well, I upgraded to a new and much cheaper (to keep more money in my wallet!) mobile phone tariff rather than a new handset. After all, I don't need an expensive brand new iphone or Nokia smartphone or whatever, I'm happy to soldier on with the brick that I have. When it does finally give up the ghost I can just trade it in through Mazuma mobile or something like that. I think I'll be sticking with T-Mobile at the minute though, even though the only network I am yet to try is Vodafone, never gonna touch Three, they have been good to me so far with gifts, minutes and texts so I'll keep it as it is to save me some money!

OK, so that's the phone front! No news on job yet, but will be moving house very soon so hopefully all will go well with that, so until then take it sleazy!

Happy Monday morning!

Well blans, let me get you right back up to speed. The money issues are still prevalent due to the redundancy the cash crisis might just be getting better! I found some old gold lying around the place and heard that you can get good money for gold through cash for gold and put your gold in an envelope and send it away to get money, and other related cash/gold strategies. So hopefully I will have some money at hand for when I go out on my hot date next week! As I am cooped up in the house for most of the days, I have found it far simpler to find a date on t'internet than having to go out and meet people. As they say, there's plenty of fish in the sea and such like, and hopefully I will find my match, and my single friend says it is a great way to meet people, so here's keeping my fingers crossed!

Watched some films the other day too. They were good.

Right, Jimmy Saville impressions out of the way and it's time for a Life Update! Cant remember where I was last time, probably rambling on about searching for car insurance or stressing about my ISP and what slow download speeds I had. Well, the car insurance thing is sorted so hooray! One less thing to worry about! Mind you, there are plenty more! The impending debt that I will inevitably end up in if I don't sort out a new job and career soon!

The girlfriend situation is getting better though, had a hot date the other day, and becaue I've been exercising and losing weight I think it went really well! But I will let you know how that goes all in good time. I've had plenty of time on my hands due to the recession and my redundancy to play some X-box and Playstation and have some time out on the golf course. I did think about doing a credit check on myself but that's something I will have to get around to at some other time. Oh, and it look slike both my gas and electricity price has gone up, in addition to the petrol and diesel prices that have already gone through the roof!

So the kettle has boiled and it's time for a cup of tea, so I'll see you next time!

Right, so I have another update for you. I am still looking for work due to my recent redundancy, but that has not got me down! I have acquired a car, and will be hunting for some car insurance soon so that I will be legal and able to drive the thing! In other developments I have found a new internet supplier to increase my download speeds as the last one was way too slow and cost me waaaaaaay to much money, nearly enough to land me in bad debt! But I have had time on my hands, if not cash, and have been trying to get ripped and lose some 'Christmas weight' that is still lingering round my waist!

I have not been too disheartened from the loss of previous girlfriend, and am actively seeking a date, but this can prove tricky, so much so that I have even looked online to see if there are any dating agencies out there worthy of my goodself!

So, with that in mind, I will log on now and have a perusal of the talent available at my fingertips!

Here we are again folks and it's time to update you all on how my life is going. I will of course get back to previous storylines as and when I feel it is right to do so! At the minute, we need to talk about my recent job loss and the fact that I do not have any income/cash/money/dollars/spondoolees/etc. Well, that is not striclty true. I do have money, but at this minute I do not have any money coming in due to the point raised earlier. Ummmm, you get what I mean. Anyways, the last few days have been a little strange as I no longer need to iron shirts, get up at 7 in the morning and go into work, I can just do almost exactly what I want! But that would be stupid, there's only so much Grand Theft Auto you can play. And I completed that a couple of weeks ago anyways so it's a moo point. In other words, a cows opinion.

So, I have been scouring the job market, logging onto the internet in the hope of finding a new job to earn some big bucks/money/cash/etc and hopefully this will not take long! In the meantime though, I might try and order a new mobile phone, such as an iPhone or new Nokia, and spend the rest of my time getting ripped and doing exercise as I seem to be getting fat and flabby!

All these points I will update you on next time!!!!

I trust that this evening finds you well and you are not too short of money now the end of the month is near? Well, if you are short of cash then spare a thought for your Blauthor (Blog Author.......actually, it doesn't really work does it!) as I will be without a job as of this Friday! Can you believe it?! The credit crunch has taken another fledgling career and turned it to dust! But it should be alright because they will be offering me a pot of money sizable to One-eyed Willy's treasure chest! Thankfully my savings will also aid me in my quest for work, and more importantly, to get earning some more cash! Slave to the dollar, as we all are! Anywho, we shall see what occurs on Friday and I will update you all as and when I am able to see through a suitably alcohol-induced haze!

Hello there Blans!

Well what a week it has been!! Money issues! Weight issues! Girlfriend issues! It's more than any sane person can take! Now I know it's been a while since I last updated y'all so I'll give you a brief run-down of what has happened:

1) Lost my wallet on the bus, can you believe it?! Ever since I lost my car due to my slight gambling habit and had to sell it to raise money to pay backt the casino, I have been using....ahem.....public transport. Oh dear.

2) Due to it being Valentines Day recently and because of point no 3 coming up, many chocolates that I bought were eaten by myself and caused my weight to balloon! I reallly need to get ripped in 4 weeks as I may be going on holiday again soon...

3) My current girlfriend split with me the day before VD (Valentines Day), can you believe that! She mumbled something about money worries and gambling problems, but really I think she has turned lesbian. What other explanation can there be?!

So that brings us bang up to date, and there are plenty more plans afoot, so will update you all soon!

Right, so where was I? Oh yeah, I was telling you all about my life and how I ended up writing this blog. Well, that will continue all in good time as I simply MUST tell you that I have just returned from Lanzagrotty!

Yes, it was great to get away from all the stresses and strains of modern day life, but I'm back now and looking forward to getting back into the swing of things......

Now where were we?

Well, the world was essentially my oyster! Well, at least Leeds was my mussel. And speaking of mussels/muscles, it was time to get myself ripped! I had always been of 'athletic' build and had dreamed of bulking up to a degree whereby I wouldn't be blown down Lord Street in a stiff breeze! I had heard plenty of 'get-ripped-in-4-weeks schemes on that thing we call The T'Interweb and thought that the before and after pictures couldn't lie!

But that is another story, for another time!

So, Blans (Blog Fans), are you sitting comfortably? OK, where shall we begin? That is obviously a rhetorical question, as I can't hear you, and this is written in 'real time' so even if I could hear you, I've already finished typing this entry. Anyway, enough Cybabble (Cyber Babble).....

Things were going well. I was a 27 year old man, living in Leeds, with money in the bank, a beautiful girlfriend, company car, stable job (albeit incredibly dull!), great friends and family, and, of course, my health. I had graduated university with a degree in Football, Money Laundering and David Beckham Studies (yes, it IS a real degree) a few years earlier and had settled in the Capital Of The North.....Leeds.

I had dreams that were yet to be thought of let alone lived-out! I was young and had the world at my feet!

OK, here we go...

Right, so this is 'blogging' is it? Well I've heard about it, read about it, and now it's time to stop being a couch potato and actually DO it!

This is not just a flagrant way to earn some easy money by sitting on my back-side and tapping away at my laptop, no way Pedro! This is a lesson in Life; my experiences so far, hopes and dreams for the future, and maybe some choice pieces of advice for all you fellow bloggers and readers out there!

Now that I have hopefully snared you with the brief premise of what will follow, tune in next time to take the first step in what will no doubt be a rollercoaster ride of emotions!
