Hello? Well this is new!

So it has all changed round on this blog then? Hmmmm, not sure I like the new look of it all. But hey ho I will carry on regardless.....

So it's Europa League Cup Final tonight. And it seems that these two Spanish teams are a great example of how to run a football club. No massive transfer fees, everyone earns a good pot of cash, no debt at the club, no creditors banging at the door, and no big overdrafts either!

So why can't all clubs be be run like this?

Hmmmmm......

OK, so it's a night of European football. Which is all good! Especially as Man United are no longer in the competition! But neither are Liverpool. But enough about that...! But for the winners of the competition there wil be a bounty at the end of the rainbow. A relative cash bonanza! Cups and medals made of pure gold! I'm sure they will love it! As would I. But the closest I will get to that is on a game of Fifa 12......

Oh well....

So there it is.......Arsenal crumble again, just like they did last year! I mean, out of all competitions again and it means that the 7 year itch is well and truly un-scratched. Even the return of the legend Thierry Henry couldn't turn the Gunners back into the Invincibles that went an entire season unbeaten. Well, it looks like the England managers job will be going to one Harry Redknapp so maybe Wenger will have to stick it out in East London afterall. But it looks like he'll have to open the cheque-book if he is to end the trophy-less seasons of discontent. I mean, he will need SO much cash - be it Euros, pounds sterling, rupees, or just an armful of credit cards! Even a pot of gold might help him out!
